Director and PDMR Dealings
The Company has been notified that Alan Mackenzie, Chief Executive of Breedon Northern Limited and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR'), has sold 15,300 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 89.5p per Ordinary Share.
As at today there are 1,446,562,770 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
