The Company has been notified that certain Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs') of Breedon Group plc, have purchased ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
The table below sets out the number of Ordinary Shares that each Director and PDMR has purchased and the total number of Ordinary Shares held by each Director or PDMR following these transactions:
