Breedon announces that, on 17 July 2014, the directors of the Company listed below acquired the number of ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") set against their name at a price of 39.0p per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, the directors noted below had the total interests in Ordinary Shares and in the Total Voting Rights in the Company ("TVR") set against their name.
