Appointment of Joint Broker
The Board of Breedon Group plc, the UK's largest independent construction materials group, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Numis Securities Limited as the Company's joint broker, with immediate effect. Cenkos Securities plc remains the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker.

Breedon Group plc is the UK's largest independent construction materials group, with the country's largest cement plant, two cementitious import terminals, around 60 quarries, 26 asphalt plants, nearly 200 ready-mixed concrete plants and three concrete products plants nationwide.
