Director/PDMR shareholding
Brickability Group plc (AIM:BRCK), the leading construction materials distributor, announces that on 27 February 2024, Alan Simpson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased a total of 553,642 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 67.75 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Alan Simpson is beneficially interested in 35,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.00% of the issued share capital of the Company. This figure includes 9,475,902 Ordinary Shares (2.98% of the issued share capital) held by Sarah Simpson, a person closely associated with Alan Simpson, whose shareholding remains unchanged.
