Admission to trading on AIM and First Day of Dealings
Brickability Group plc, announces the admission of its entire issued ordinary share capital, which comprises 230,458,821 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission") today, 29 August 2019. Dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence at 8:00 a.m. under the ticker "BRCK" and ISIN GB00BK63S759.

The Company has successfully raised £57 million gross (before expenses) through a placing and subscription of 87,272,225 new Ordinary Shares through its nominated adviser and broker, Cenkos Securities plc.
