Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it received notification on 6 August 2019 that following the Final Dividend payment on 2 August 2019, Equiniti purchased Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 5 August 2019 for the following Director under a Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a price of 2172.45 pence per Share.
