DIRECTOR DECLARATION
Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that Danuta Gray, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Lloyds Banking Group plc with effect from 1 July 2026. Danuta will become a member of its Responsible Business Committee and Chair and a Non-Executive Director of Scottish Widows Group (part of Lloyds Banking Group) on the same date.
This disclosure is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R (2).
