DIRECTOR DECLARATION
Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that Gerry Murphy, Chair of the Company has been appointed as Chair of the Board of Tesco PLC with effect from 1 September 2023. Dr Murphy has also informed the Burberry Board that he will step down as Chair of Tate & Lyle PLC with effect from 1 September 2023.
This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R(2) of the Listing Rules.
