Group re-financing

Brammer plc, the leading pan-European added value distributor of high quality industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul products, is pleased to announce the re-financing of its principal debt facility.

The Group has entered into a new €120m multi-currency revolving credit facility with a €20m accordion. The new facility is provided by a consortium of three banks comprising Lloyds Bank plc., KBC Bank N.V. and ING Bank N.V. London Branch and is committed for 5 years.
