Name of Director/ PDMR or connected persons: Ian Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser; Mr Chris Short and a person connected to Mr Short; a person connected to Mr Ian Ritchie and Mr Jochen Diehm

·; The Company was notified on 16 April 2012 that Mr Ian Fraser sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at 351p per share on 16 April 2012 and a person connected to Mr Fraser also sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 20p each at 351p. Following these sales, Mr Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser now hold an interest in 1,313,876 shares of the Company representing 1.1235% of the issued share capital of the Company.

·; The Company was notified on 16 April 2012 that Mr Chris Short sold 6,500 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at 351p per share on 16 April 2012 and a person connected to Mr Short sold 3,800 ordinary shares of 20p each at 351p. Following these sales, Mr Short and a person connected to Mr Short now hold an interest of 238,958 shares of the Company representing 0.2043% of the issued share capital of the Company.

·; The Company also received notification on 16 April 2012 that a person connected to Mr Ian Ritchie sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at 351p per share on 16 April 2012. Following this sale, Mr Ritchie and a person connected to Mr Ritchie now holds an interest in 101,734 shares of the Company representing 0.0869% of the issued share capital of the Company in addition to the nil cost options referred to above.

·; The Company was also notified on 16 April 2012 that Mr Jochen Diehm exercised 84,065 nil cost options under the PSP Scheme and subsequently disposed of 40,192 of these shares at 351p to meet the tax liability resulting from the exercise. Mr Diehm then sold a further 12,000 shares at 351p. Mr Diehm now holds an interest in 51,043 shares of the Company representing 0.0436% of the issued share capital of the Company.
