The Company was notified on Monday 7 December 2015 that on 3 December 2015 Mr Carl-Friedrich Wayand purchased 12,899 shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 152p each.

Following this transaction, Mr Wayand holds a total interest in the issued share capital of the Company of 107,248 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.0829% of the issued share capital of the Company.
