The Company was notified on Tuesday 11 November 2014 that on 10 November 2014 Mr Paul Boughton purchased 3,340 shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 292p each.

Following this transaction, Mr Boughton holds a total interest in the issued share capital of the Company of 27,250 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.001% of the issued share capital of the Company.
