Board Changes

Brammer plc ("Brammer" or "the Group"), the leading pan-European added value technical distributor, today announces that after more than 10 years as Chairman, David Dunn has advised the Board that he will not be standing for re-election at the AGM on 17 May 2012. It will be proposed that Bill Whiteley, Non-Executive Director be appointed to succeed David at the AGM.

Bill Whiteley joined the Board of Brammer on 1 July 2008 following his retirement as Chief Executive of Rotork plc. He is also the Chairman of Hill & Smith Holdings plc and of Spirax Sarco Engineering plc, and is a Non-Executive Director of Renishaw plc.

The Group is also pleased to announce the appointment of Duncan Magrath as a Non Executive Director with effect from 1 March 2012. Duncan Magrath has been Finance Director of Balfour Beatty plc since 2008 and has previously held a number of senior positions in Exel plc after qualifying as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse.

Commenting on the Board changes, David Dunn, said:

Incoming Chairman, Bill Whiteley, said:
