Brammer PLC13 December 2005 FROM CITIGATE DEWE ROGERSON FOR PRESS RELEASE 13 December 2005 BRAMMER PLC BOARD CHANGE Brammer, the European industrial services group, today announces that Mr KevinMellor is to retire from the board as planned. Mr Mellor has been a member of the Brammer board since 1997, becoming seniorindependent non-executive director in 2003 and holding the position of chairmanof the remuneration committee. Mr Chris Conway will become senior independent non-executive director and MrSvante Adde will become chairman of the remuneration committee. Mr Adde wasappointed to the board as independent non-executive director in September thisyear; Mr Conway in 1997. David Dunn, non-executive chairman of Brammer plc, said: "Kevin has served on the Brammer board for almost 9 years during which time hehas made an immense contribution both as chairman of the remuneration committeeand senior independent non-executive director.
