Distribution Policy
The Board of bwin.party met yesterday for the first time since the merger was completed on 31 March 2011. As previously communicated, the Board is keen that shareholders benefit directly from the Group's strong cashflow generation and strong cash position. In accordance with the timetable previously communicated in the Group's prospectus, the Board has resolved to conduct a review of its distribution policy. The results of that review, together with any consequent actions, will be communicated to shareholders at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held in late June 2011.
