Bridgepoint Group plc ("Bridgepoint" or the "Company") notes the recent media speculation regarding possible M&A. The Company confirms it is evaluating a number of potential strategic opportunities in line with its stated strategy and as confirmed in its recent trading update. All such discussions, including those held with Energy Capital Partners, remain at an early stage and there is no certainty that any transaction will result.
