Final Dividend Declaration

B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc (AIM: BPM), the specialist venture capital investor in early-stage financial services businesses, has proposed a dividend of 6.98p per share (the "Dividend"), which will be recommended to shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 8th July 2026.

If approved by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 8th July 2026, the Dividend will be paid on 31st July 2026 to all shareholders on the register of members on 3rd July 2026. The ex-dividend date is 2nd July 2026.
