B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early-stage financial services businesses, announces that it has been notified that Mr. Nicholas Carter, Non-Executive Director, has traded in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mr. Nicholas Carter purchased 5,914 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 667.49p per share on 11 June 2025.
As a result of the transaction, Mr. Carter has a beneficial interest in 45,176 Ordinary Shares (including 6,695 shares owned by his wife, Fiona Carter) representing in aggregate 0.12% of the total voting rights of the Company.
