PDMR and Director Dealings
B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early-stage financial services businesses, announces that it has been notified that Mr. Nicholas Carter, Non-Executive Director, has traded in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mr. Nicholas Carter and his wife, Fiona Carter purchased, respectively, 1,567 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 637.2p per share, and 312 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 636.4p per share, on 7 April 2025.
As a result of the transaction, Mr. Carter has a beneficial interest in 39,262 Ordinary Shares (including 6,695 shares owned by his wife, Fiona Carter) representing in aggregate 0.11% of the total voting rights of the Company.
