PDMR and Director Dealings
B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early-stage financial services businesses, was notified on 21st August 2025 that Mr. Dan Topping, Chief Investment Officer, traded in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mr. Topping purchased 2,861 Ordinary Shares for 698.70p per share, or an aggregate of £19,989.81, on 22nd August 2025. As a result of the transaction, Mr. Topping has a beneficial interest in:
1. 148,881 Ordinary Shares (including 14,594 Ordinary Shares owned by Persons Closely Associated with Mr. Topping);
2. 17,375 Ordinary Shares held in the Company's SIP Trust;
3. 123,715 Ordinary Shares, as a joint owner alongside JTC Employer Solutions Trustee; and
4. 310,000 Ordinary Shares as part of the Company's Share Option Plan announced on 20th November 2023 (which are non-voting).
Mr. Topping is now interested in a total of 0.80% of the total voting rights in the Company.
