PDMR and Director Dealings
B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early-stage financial services businesses, announces that it has been notified that Mr. Daniel Topping, Chief Investment Officer and Mr. Jonathan Newman, Group Finance Officer, have traded in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The Company has been made aware that Mr. Topping on 19th April 2022 purchased 874 Ordinary Shares for 291.975p per share, or an aggregate of £2,551.86. As a result of the transaction, Daniel has a beneficial interest in 123,985 Ordinary Shares (including 11,434 shares owned by his wife Claire Cronin), together with a beneficial interest in 21,551 Ordinary Shares held in the Company's SIP Trust, representing in aggregate approximately 0.39% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Additionally, Daniel, as part of the Company's Joint Share Ownership Plan, has a beneficial interest (as a joint owner alongside JTC Employer Solutions Trustee) over 167,465 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.45% of the total voting rights of the Company.
The Company has also been made aware that Mr. Newman on 19th April 2022 purchased 1,328 Ordinary Shares for 291.975p per share, or an aggregate of £3,877.43. As a result of this transaction, Jonathan has a beneficial interest in 19,645 Ordinary Shares, together with a beneficial interest in 29,671 Ordinary Shares held in the Company's SIP Trust, representing in aggregate approximately 0.13% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Additionally, Jonathan, as part of the Company's Joint Ownership plan, has a beneficial interest (as joint owner alongside JTC Employer Solutions Trustee) over 167,465 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.45% of the total voting rights of the Company.
