Marsh & Partners Plc, a venture capital provider to earlystage financial services businesses (AIM: BPM), is pleased to announce theappointment of Clare Ferguson as Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect. Clare, 56, brings with her a wealth of experience gained as a partner inLitigation and Dispute Resolution at Taylor Wessing, a top 15 law firm based inthe City. Clare has worked for Taylor Wessing, a £75m turnover business,employing around 1000 people, for 30 years. She was a partner of the firmbetween 1982 and 2004 and today works three days a week for the firm as a RiskConsultant specialising in risk management and claims issues. She qualified as asolicitor in 1976. In addition, Clare is currently a Non-Executive Director of Forelle EstateHoldings Ltd (previously Scottish Prudential Holdings Ltd), a propertyinvestment and development company based in the South of England, where Clarepreviously occupied the role of Non-Executive Chairman. Clare was also aNon-Executive Chairman of Bourne Steel Holdings Ltd. In 2005, Clare was appointed trustee of Asthma UK contributing to six meetings ayear for the charity.
