Marsh & Partners Plc, a venture capital provider to earlystage financial services businesses (AIM: BPM), is pleased to announce theappointment of Robert King as Director, with immediate effect. Robert (aged 28) joined B. P. Marsh in May 2003 having started his career atPricewaterhouseCoopers where he provided company secretarial support to a largeportfolio of companies. Since joining B. P. Marsh he has taken on responsibilityfor the Group's legal, compliance and secretarial functions and played a keyrole in the flotation of the Company. In addition he is a non-executive directorof HQB Partners Limited, one of the Group's investee companies, and plays anactive part in the Group's investment process. Robert is a graduate from the University of Birmingham where he studied Law andBusiness Studies. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of CharteredSecretaries and Administrators. Commenting on the appointment, Brian Marsh OBE, Chairman of B.P. Marsh, said: "I am delighted to announce the appointment of Robert to the Board of B. P.Marsh.
