STATEMENT RE ALPHATEC PREPAYMENT

The Company notes the announcement released on 5 May 2026 by Alphatec Holdings, Inc. ("ATEC") regarding the prepayment in full of its US$200 million senior secured loan facility, of which the Company had an investment of US$35 million. The Company announced its US$35 million investment in the US$200 million senior secured loan facility to ATEC on 31 October 2024. The Company received a payment of US$37.1 million, comprised of US$35 million in return principal and US$2.1 million of prepayment fees and accrued interest. The Company earned a 14.91 per cent. gross internal rate of return and 11.93 per cent. net internal rate of return on its ATEC investment[1].
