Director's dealings

The Company was informed on 11 April 2012 that, on 11 April 2012, Ross McDonald, a non-executive director of Bahamas Petroleum, acquired 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.52 pence each (the "Acquisition").

Following the Acquisition, Mr McDonald is now interested in 250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
