Director's Dealing
The Company was informed today that Dursley Stott, Non-Executive Director of Bahamas Petroleum, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.002 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 January 2011 (the "Acquisition"), at 15.825 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the Acquisition, Mr Stott is now interested in 315,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
