Exercise of Options and Sale of Shares
On 25 April 2016, the Company was notified that on 22 April 2016 the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ‘PDMRs’, had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the 2013 Bodycote Investment Plan at an exercise price of £6.03 per share.
The Company has also been notified on 25 April 2016 that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (“PDMRs”) sold ordinary shares of 17 3/11p in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). The sales price was £6.07 per share.
