4 April 2014 Bodycote announces that on 4 April 2014, in accordance with the rules of theBodycote Incentive Plan ("BIP"), the Company made contingent share awards ofordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The awards noted below comprise a maximum conditional award of Ordinary Sharesof 17 3/11p each subject to the rules of the BIP and the applicable performancetargets. The options are only exercisable in 2017 if performance criteria aremet. No payment was made for the grant of awards.
