Co-investment Plan - Director/PDMRs conditional share awards Bodycote announces that on 29 May 2014, in accordance with the rules of theBodycote Co-Investment Plan ("CIP"), the Company made Matching Share awardsover ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The awards noted below comprise a maximum conditional award of Ordinary Sharesof 17 3/11p each subject to the rules of the CIP and the applicable performancetargets.
