NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Board of Tritax EuroBox plc (tickers: EBOX (Sterling), BOXE (Euro)) announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Thursday, 9 February 2023 at 10.00 am at Ashurst LLP, London Fruit & Wool Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London E1 6PW.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available at the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:
1. Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting;
2. Form of Proxy;
3. 2022 Annual Report; and
4. 2022 Annual Report in Structured Electronic Format ("ESEF")
The above documents have been posted to Shareholders and are also available on the Company's website at www.tritaxeurobox.co.uk.
As of today's date, the Company has 806,803,984 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.
