Hollywood Bowl, the UK's largest ten-pin bowling operator, is pleased to announce that the Company's Chief People Officer, Melanie Dickinson, has been appointed as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 21 October 2021.

Melanie joined the Group as Talent Director in October 2012, and has over 20 years of HR experience across the leisure and hospitality sectors. Starting her career in retail operations before moving into HR, Melanie has held senior HR roles at Pizza Express, Holmes Place Health Clubs, Pizza Hut UK and Zizzi Restaurants.

Peter Boddy, Chairman of the Board, commented: We are delighted to announce Mel's appointment to the Board, which is a reflection of the importance we place on the team that make up Hollywood Bowl and who underpin our future success. Mel has been an outstanding member of the team and I am confident that having her on the Board will encourage further diversity of thought and approach.
