Directorate changes

Senior Appointments at Enfis plc. - Ceri Jones becomes Chief Executive Officer of Enfis and Shaun Oxenham is appointed Executive Chairman

Swansea, United Kingdom - 3 August 2009 - Enfis Group Plc (LSE: ENF), an innovator of intelligent LED lighting systems and light engines, today announced that Ceri Jones has joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer. Ceri will also join the Board of Directors. Ceri has extensive experience in high technology and manufacturing industries over more than 25 years. His experience spans both start-up situations and Public Companies where he has served in the roles of Managing Director and Finance Director. He is a graduate of Warwick Business School. 

Further to the appointment of Ceri Jones, Shaun Oxenham will assume the role of Chairman from Simon Gibson in an executive capacity. Mr. Gibson will continue to serve on the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Commenting on the announcement, Simon Gibson said, "The Board is delighted by these two appointments. Ceri Jones has a first-class track record and will assist taking the company to the next level in its progression. Shaun's appointment as Chairman will create more focus on key customers and the closing of commercial contracts in the Company's sales pipeline."
