AGM statement and Notice of Interim Results to 30 June 2008
Enfis (AIM:ENF), which designs, develops and manufactures intelligent high-power light emitting diode arrays and smart light engines, held its annual general meeting at 12pm today, at which all resolutions were duly passed.
Enfis will be announcing its Interim Results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2008, on Tuesday, 19 August 2008.
