Furthermore the Company announces that Rupert Garton, Commercial Director, wastoday granted 400,000 share options at 59.5 pence based on the share pricetoday. The options are capable of being exercised during the period starting on the20th September 2010 and expiring on the 20th September 2017. As a result, Rupert Garton is now interested in 590,674 share options overOrdinary Shares. As at the date of this announcement and inclusive of the above, there are921,023 options outstanding in the Company. In addition to the options granted above, Rupert Garton has a beneficialinterest in 384,421 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately3.02% of the total issued share capital.
