Grant and cancellation of share options
Director dealings
The Board of Best of the Best has today agreed to grant new share options to certain of its directors and staff, to reflect the contribution being made by these key personnel to the further success of the Company. The share options are in recognition of the need to properly incentivise, reward and retain these key personnel.
To limit the number of ordinary shares under option, the Board has, at the same time, also agreed to cancel a number of unexercised options over the Company's ordinary shares.
Grant of new options
The following options have today been granted to directors of the Company:

Concurrently, the following options granted to Company directors have today been cancelled:
