Application for Block Listing
Best of the Best PLC (LSE: BOTB), the provider of online competitions to win cars and other prizes, announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 30,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares shall rank equally with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. These new Ordinary Shares may be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of existing Options under the Best of the Best EMI Share Option Plan.
It is expected that admission will become effective in the new Ordinary Shares on 9 April 2021 ("Admission").
