BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software developer focused on optimising employee/individuals' productivity, is pleased to provide a sales update following the launch of its first cloud-based productivity apps, BOS Meet and BOS Automate.

· Sales - over 200 BOS Meet and BOS Automate seats subscribed for in Australia and the UK since the products were launched in December 2016 and January 2017 respectively

o An Australian multi-national company has subscribed for 100 seats of both products, which will provide monthly cash flow, having signed up to be an Innovation Partner and a reseller

§ New Innovation Partner is focused on driving optimisation in the work place and has clients in 26 countries with a substantial presence in the banking sector

§ New Innovation Partner will automatically receive additional products as they are launched to market over a three-year period

o Significant number of seats subscribed for by a world class Australian university

· Additional Reseller Secured - BOS has entered into an agreement with a London based reseller to penetrate the UK market. A trial is currently underway with a client of the reseller ahead of targeting commercial roll out amongst corporate clients.

· Bolstered Sales Support - successfully recruited personnel as part of ongoing recruitment campaign to support new and future channel partners

· Driving Prospects - completed local installations of BOS Meet and BOS Automate to meet data residency requirements for business and government subscriptions in the UK, USA and Australia - this will help satisfy tender conditions in these markets going forward
