Body Shop International PLC06 July 2005 The Body Shop International PLC ("the Company") Notification of interests of Directors and connected persons The Company announces today that on 5 July 2005 the Amazon RainforestFoundation, of which Gordon Roddick is a trustee, with a non-beneficialinterest, sold 42,553 ordinary shares (0.02% of the issued capital) at a priceof 226.25 pence per share.
