Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Borders & Southern (AIM: BOR), a London based independent oil and gas exploration company, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2019, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, has been posted to shareholders today. Both documents will shortly be available on the Company's website.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 30 June 2020 at 11 a.m. at 33 St James' Square, London SW1Y 4JS. Due to current Government guidelines, no shareholders will be able to attend.
