In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.14R, the Company announces that Joanne Lake, Deputy Chairman, has been appointed as Chair of Made Tech Group plc, with effect from 30 September 2021. Joanne will step down from her role as Chairman of Mattioli Woods plc effective from the conclusion of the handover period and receipt of regulatory approval of her successor, expected no later than 21 January 2022.
