BOARD CHANGES
On 28 August 2015, the Company announced Board changes which would become effective on 1 January 2016:
Ø Jamie Boot, Group Managing Director takes up the role of Chairman following the retirement today of John Brown
Ø John Sutcliffe, Group Finance Director will become Chief Executive
Ø Darren Littlewood, the Company's Group Financial Controller is promoted to Group Finance Director and joins the Main Board
Ø Mike Gunston, a Non-executive Director, also retires today
The Board takes this opportunity on behalf of shareholders and colleagues to thank both John Brown and Mike Gunston for their wise counsel over the last nine years with the Company.
At the date of appointment, Darren Littlewood has a beneficial interest in 17,691 ordinary shares in the Company.
There are no other disclosures that are required to be made in respect of these changes, pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of The Listing Rules.
