ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the Annual General Meeting of Henry Boot PLC held today, Wednesday 14th May 2008, John Reis, Chairman, stated that he had nothing further to add to the Interim Management Statement for 2008 that had been released on Wednesday 7th May 2008.

All Resolutions put to the Meeting were duly passed by Shareholders, details of which are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting on pages 67 and 68 of the Annual Report and Financial Statements 2007 which was previously submitted to the UK Listing Authority for inspection at its document viewing facility and a copy of which can be found on the Company's website at www.henryboot.co.uk. Details of the Proxies submitted in respect of the Resolutions will also be found on the website.
