Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that on 13 May 2021, Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 4,020 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 594 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Michael Tobin holds 302,990 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.93 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company also announces that on 13 May 2021, Stuart Last, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 3,348 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 594 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Stuart Last holds 14,417 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
