Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading spoken-word audio on-demand platform, announces that The Imaginarium Studios Limited, a company of which Malcolm Wall, Chairman of Audioboom, is a director, entered into administration on 15 May 2017. On 23 May 2017, The Imaginarium Studios Limited's estimated deficiency as regards creditors as at 15 May 2017 was stated as being approximately £2.7 million. The administration process in respect of The Imaginarium Studios Limited is ongoing.
