Exercise of share options

Boomerang announces that 217,596 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted pursuant to the exercise of options by employees.

In addition, Mark Fenwick, Finance Director, has exercised options over 13,725 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 36 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this exercise, Mark Fenwick holds 370,725 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.05 per cent. of the issued share capital following admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM.

Application has been made for 231,321 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will occur on 2 August 2012. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

Following Admission, the Company will have 9,163,548 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Boomerang is therefore 9,163,548. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interesting, or a change in their interest in, Boomerang, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
