Purchase of Shares by Employee Benefit Trust
boohoo group plc (AIM: BOO), a leading online fashion group, announces that the Trustee of the Group's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") has now completed the purchase of ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") in accordance with the Group's irrevocable instruction. Details of the purchases made are as follows:
