Interim Board Changes
Vitesse Media Plc, the AIM-listed digital media and events business, announces that Chris Ingram, Executive Chairman, has been taken ill and is expected to take some time to recover. While Chris will remain in contact with the business, the Board considers it prudent to appoint an interim Chairman.
David Smith, a long-standing Non-Executive Director of the Company, has agreed to act as interim Non-Executive Chairman. He will be supported by Niki Baker, Chief Executive Officer, and Keith Willey, a Non-Executive Director.
