Award of Options
The board of Vitesse Media plc, the digital, research, events and crowd funding business, yesterday agreed to award the following share options at an exercise price of 3.75p per share, the closing price of the Company's shares on 29 September 14:

Correction - Award of Options (RNS Number: 8004D), released on 2 April 2014
The following amendments have been made to the Award of Options announcement released at 7.00am on 2 April 2014 by the Company.
Share options offered to Sara Williams and Dave Smith were awarded under the unapproved share option scheme and not under the Enterprise Management Incentive ("EMI") share option scheme as announced and their share options were also able to vest immediately.
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below:
