Cancellation and re-issue of options
The Company announces that, on 22 February 2013, it cancelled and re-issued 400,000 options originally issued on 27 July 2012 to the following Directors of the Company:
Niki Baker | 250,000 Options |
Jonathan Sumner | 150,000 Options |
The terms of the options remain unchanged. The options are exercisable at 4 pence per share, being the mid-market closing price on 26 July 2012, as notified at that time. The Options will vest on the expiry of a period of three years from 27 July 2012 and shall lapse on 26 July 2022.
Following this cancellation and re-issue, the Directors' interest in the Company remains unchanged and the Company has a total of 2,040,203 options in issue.
